How to use SummarizeThis
- Open a webpage you want to understand faster.
- Click the SummarizeThis page button or the pinned Chrome toolbar icon.
- Choose overlay, side panel, or new tab in extension settings if you prefer a different display mode.
- Use follow-up questions to dig deeper into the page.
Troubleshooting
- Refresh the page if the summary panel does not load.
- Make sure Chrome allows the extension on the current site.
- Some Chrome system pages and restricted pages cannot be summarized.
- If a page blocks scraping, SummarizeThis may use visible rendered page text when available.
